Techniques  Offered

Joint Manipulation

The manual, yet gentle, release of stiff or restricted joints within the body's skeletal structure through the use of passive and active techniques to regain mobility, function and reduce pain.

Soft Tissue Release

The body's soft tissues can play a large role in the mobility of joints and overall functionality of the body. Tense, dense and tight tissue is not only uncomfortable and painful but also can restrict the ability of your joints and other structures to move freely. This therapy incorporates a combination of gentle myofascial release, trigger points, and stretching to relax built up tension within these tissues.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral manipulation is the treatment of restrictions within the visceral system otherwise known as the internal organs. This therapy is a gentle yet effective way to release tension around the viscera to improve bodily functions such as the digestive system, stomach function, kidney function, liver function and more.

Craniosacral Therapy

The craniosacral system encapsulates the skull, spine and sacrum and the cerebrospinal fluid that acts as a protective cushion of the brain and spinal cord. Treatment of this system include gentle mobilization of the cranial bones, cervical spine and sacrum in order to improve the flow and function of the CSF (cerebrospinal fluid). This therapy can be beneficial for those suffering from headaches, migraines, chronic fatigue or drowsiness, neck pain, lower back pain, pelvic pain and more.

Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system contains a network of ducts and vessels that carry lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Lymphatic fluid serves to filter and recycle waste products from the tissues, maintain fluid balance within the body and support the immune system. When lymphatic vessels or ducts become blocked, it can lead to inexplicable body pain, lowered energy, decreased ability to fight off sickness, and other uncomfortable symptoms. This treatment involves the gentle massage of these ducts to free any restriction and restore the optimal flow of these fluids.
