Hello!

My name is Jamie-Lee, welcome to my small business. I am very excited to be apart of your health and wellness! 

 

I started To The Core with one goal in mind: 

To help people regain control of their bodies and their lifestyle.

 

I too, know what it is like to go through injury, pain and discomfort as well as the recovery that goes along with it. I want your experience to be as positive and efficient as possible so you can get back to your daily activities as quickly and safely as possible. Whether it's a sport-related injury, a chronic issue, or general discomfort, I want to help you live a pain-free and non-restricted lifestyle.

Manual Osteopathy is an incredible and powerful therapy that has many benefits. It is incredibly gentle and effective which is what makes me so passionate about it. Based on the idea that the body has self-governing means that allows it to heal itself, Manual Osteopathy is the manipulation of joints, soft tissues and other structures in a way that essentially allows the body to repair from within. This means that treatments are gentle, effective and longer lasting.  I want to get to the roots of your discomfort to ensure that we are not just treating your symptoms but the issue in its full capacity.
